Spencer & Risa Reeves
Haiti Directors of Operations
Spencer and Risa's involvement with Child Hope began back in 2010 when they led a team to do relief work. In 2012, the Reeves family moved to Haiti to work alongside Child Hope, where Spencer worked as Team Coordinator. After that first year, they decided to branch out and serve with Ambassadors Football hosting summer soccer camps and mid-week soccer clinics, sharing the Gospel through sport. During that time Spencer has also served the last two years on the board at Quisqueya Chapel working to help build the local church. In 2016, Risa partnered with World Vision coordinating the very first Movement Day, in Port Au Prince. Risa continues to homeschool all three children. We are so blessed to have them working with us again!

Francesca was born in Port-au-Prince, Haiti as one of five children. A good student, she graduated from secondary school and obtained an advanced degree in Business Management from a local Haitian University. With an interest in the hospitality industry, Francesca began her career at Le Montcel resort, where she supervised 41 employees. Later, she was hired by The Royal Oasis, Haiti’s only 5 star hotel, to manage room service operations. Child Hope’s Lighthouse Guest House is the perfect place to apply all her skills and she is committed to seeing it become Haiti’s first 5 star guest house. In her free time, Francesca enjoys reading, cooking, baking and spending time with her 5 year old son, Jonathan.
After being connect to Child hope for several years, Christina finally got the chance to come serve with us on our first Dream Team in June 2013. It was on that trip that the Lord called her to serve with Child Hope in Haiti on a longer-term basis. She is currently serving as the Team & Volunteer Coordinator, working alongside our short-term mission teams to help them effectively complete projects. Christina writes about her experience here.
