During the stay at home order in Haiti, our staff have been working hard to provide activities for the children that engage them mentally, physically, spiritually, emotionally, and socially. Last month the kids were eager to try out a new hobby – sewing. With some guidance, the children used a pattern to begin sewing masks. The finished products are being used at the orphanage by children and staff alike! After mastering masks, some of the kids moved on to making tote bags. We are so thankful to be able to provide a variety of activities at the orphanage, so that even while many parts of life come to a halt, the kids can use their creativity and gain new skills!
