The influential and prominent Christian Alliance for Orphans (CAFO) has honored Child Hope International for our work! CAFO reviewed the proposals of 99 organizations pursuing innovative family care options for vulnerable children and Child Hope International was one of six awarded a financial grant and special recognition! This grant will be used to support our Family Hope program as we work to reconcile and reunify children with families.
Nicole Wilke of CAFO said, “The selection committee was highly impressed by CHI’s commitment to excellence, collaboration, and innovation, which were evident in CHI’s application. We’re confident that CHI’s project will not only bring much good to the children and families served directly, but also provide a compelling model for others in the field to learn from and replicate.”
With this recognition, our Haiti Directors Spencer and Risa have been invited to speak at the 2020 CAFO conference. We are humbled to receive this prestigious award and are encouraged to be recognized and endorsed by CAFO!
