This year Child Hope launched a new program – Transition Support Services (TSS). The TSS program works with orphanages in Haiti to help them transition to family-based care. Child Hope will provide coaching, mentoring, and technical know-how to organizations aligned with our belief that children have better outcomes when raised in families instead of orphanages.
Our goal for 2021 is to work with 3-5 orphanages, with the potential to begin the reunification process for 100 children! We will be hosting a workshop in Haiti with the purpose of building our network with other organizations, equipping them with tools to strengthen their family-based care models, and finding clients for the TSS program.
We have a tremendous opportunity to not only minister to children but now impact their families with the Gospel through reconciliation and reunification of children back into their homes!
